1. Order Processing (Handling Time)
- Order Cut-off Time: 18:00 (GMT), Monday to Friday.
- Handling Time: Orders are typically processed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after 18:00 on Friday or during the weekend/bank holidays will be processed starting the following business day.
2. Transit & Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit time is:
- Delivery Time: 5–7 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 6–9 business days from the moment of purchase.
Please note: Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday). During peak seasonal periods or UK Bank Holidays, minor delays may occur.
3. Shipping Costs
At Vulify, we are proud to provide Free Standard Delivery on every single order within the United Kingdom. We believe in total pricing honesty: the amount displayed at checkout is the final price you will pay, with no unexpected handling costs or hidden surcharges added to your bill.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is collected by our delivery partners (including Royal Mail, Evri, or DHL), we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This message includes a unique tracking number, allowing you to follow your order’s progress directly from our warehouse to your doorstep.
5. Delivery Constraints
- We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
- We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or automated parcel lockers.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Vulify cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Address Changes & Cancellations
- Address Changes: If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at info@vulify.com immediately. We can only amend details before the order enters the "Processing" stage.
- Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may have already been dispatched, in which case it must be treated as a return.
7. Customs & Taxes
Since Vulify ships domestically within the United Kingdom, no customs duties or import taxes apply to your order. All prices are final.
